We have chicks!

We have had a very successful hatch in first grade this year. 13 out of 14 chicks hatched!
Yesterday we were able to watch some hatching and today we are enjoying the chicks peeping and snuggling together in their tank.

Playing attribute game

Attribute game was challenging and made us really think. We had to change only ONE attribute in each block. All blocks had four attributes; color, size, shape, and thickness.

Two special events this week

On Tuesday Farmer John Churchman, author/illustrator, brought Laddie and Moonbeam for a visit to our school again. He read his newest book “The Easter Surprise”.
Today, the Back to Bach Project came share their love of music. This was a group of 4 high school students, two of whom are former Champs.
